Email [email protected] about anything, whether you use the website or the app in ChatGPT. A person reads every message, and we aim to reply within 10 working days.

Include as much of this as applies:

• the game and store, or the page address;
• what you expected to see, and what you saw instead;
• if it was in ChatGPT or another AI assistant, what you asked and roughly when;
• for account questions, the email address on your account. We never need your password.

Many problems have a quicker fix below.

A price or store link is wrong

On the game's page, report the link that's wrong. You'll need to be signed in. A person checks every report. If you're not signed in, email us the game and the store instead.

If a store charges a different price from the one we showed, the store's price is the one that applies. We can't change it or refund the difference, but please tell us so we can fix our data.

Something you bought

We don't sell games, so we can't see or change your order. For downloads, keys, refunds or payment problems, contact the store you bought from.

Signing in

• Forgotten password? Reset it here.
• Didn't get an email from us? Check your spam folder for mail from [email protected], then try again.
• Signed up with Google? Use “Continue with Google”, since that account has no password with us.

Price alerts

Every alert email has a link to stop that alert with one click. Your other alerts aren't affected. To change one, open the game's page while signed in.

Using gameson.sale in ChatGPT

The gameson.sale app lets ChatGPT and other AI assistants look up game prices, check whether a price is good, and find deals. It's read-only and needs no account.

• “No price we can vouch for.” This is on purpose. If we haven't confirmed a price recently, we don't give it to an assistant to repeat. Check the game's page on gameson.sale, or try again later.
• Wrong game. Ask again with the full title or the platform, such as “Hades II on Switch”.
• Prices in the wrong currency. Tell the assistant your country or currency. We never convert prices. We show what each store charges in your region.
• Something else looks wrong. Email us what you asked and roughly when. We don't store your questions, so we need those details to look into it.

Other developers can connect any MCP client to https://www.gameson.sale/mcp. No key is needed.

Your data and account

To delete your account, go to your account page while signed in. For a copy of your data, email us from the address on the account.

Deleted it by mistake? For 30 days you can bring it back with the link in the email we sent. Lost the email? Sign in as usual and we'll send a new one.
