We read Steam's price for every game we list, every day, and keep every change: when a sale started, how deep it went, when it ended. Search for a game to see its record.
Recording since 19 September 2026
An example: Rust
This is Rust's price on Steam in USD, from our first reading on 27 Sept 2026 to today. Each step is a reading where the price changed. Hold a finger or the pointer on the chart to read one.
A sale is a step down and back up. Steam's big seasonal sales and a publisher's own weeks both show this way. A step down that stays down is a permanent price cut.
“Lowest we've seen” means since our record began, not since the game came out. A game that sold for less before we started watching will not show it.
Each currency has its own price. Steam sets its pounds, dollars and euros separately, so a game's history in USD can differ from the others. The currency switcher at the top changes which one you see.
Steam is not the only store. Each game's history also lists the other stores we read, which are often cheaper outside a Steam sale.
